Discover the process of modifying user permissions within Under.
To update user permissions in your Under account, follow these steps:
- Access the Settings by clicking on your initials located at the bottom left of the sidebar.
- On the Settings page, navigate to the Permissions tab
- From the Permissions tab, select the product where you would like to change permissions (Settings, PDF Mapping, Integrations, Customers, Applications), then view the individual actions.
- Check or Uncheck the box associated with the action you want to update alongside each user role.
As a rule of thumb, the amount of permissions go from least to most starting with a Limited user, then working up to a Master Admin who is always able to access everything within their account.
