To know who receives email notifications for a specific application in your Under account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Applications homepage, then find the application that you would like to know who receives the email notifications.
  2. View the Created By column, then hover over the initials of the owner of the application to know who receives the email notifications for that specific application.

Currently, the automated email notifications for application submissions are sent to the email address of the user who owns the specific application.

However, if you want multiple email addresses to receive notifications when a customer submits an application, you have the option to invite a new user to your Under account using an email alias.
