# How do I give an existing application to another user in my account?

## Discover the step-by-step process of extending user access to an existing application within your Under account.

To extend user access to an existing application in your Under account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the **Applications** homepage, then select the application that you would like to copy/clone.
2. Click on the **Options (3 dots)** button at the far right side of the application's row, then click **Extend User Access**.
3. Choose the user(s) you wish to grant access to the application, then click **Extend Access**.

Extending an application template to one or more sub-users enables customized copies of the application to be created exclusively for each user. This ensures that changes you make to the original template **will not** automatically update the user's copy.

Each copy can be managed and maintained individually, allowing for tailored updates and changes specific to each user's needs without affecting other copies.
