To extend user access to an existing application in your Under account, follow these steps:
- Go to the Applications homepage, then select the application that you would like to copy/clone.
- Click on the Options (3 dots) button at the far right side of the application's row, then click Extend User Access.
- Choose the user(s) you wish to grant access to the application, then click Extend Access.
Extending an application template to one or more sub-users enables customized copies of the application to be created exclusively for each user. This ensures that changes you make to the original template will not automatically update the user's copy.
Each copy can be managed and maintained individually, allowing for tailored updates and changes specific to each user's needs without affecting other copies.
