# How can I view all documents gathered in a customer record?

## Discover how to access and view all the documents collected within a customer record.

To view all documents gathered in a customer record, follow these steps:

1. Go to the **Customers** homepage, then select the customer where you would like to view and/or edit customer information.
2. In the customer record, ensure that you have selected the **Data & Docs** tab.
3. Scroll below the **Customer Details** panel, then open the **Documents** panel to view all documents gathered in a customer record.
4. Click on any of the documents listed to preview the document in the customer record.

Documents gathered in a customer record are sorted into three different categories:

- **Generated Documents** - These include the PDF document that was signed and linked to the application's data, along with the eSignature confirmation
- **Supporting Documents** - These include any documents that the customer was asked to provide and attached while completing the application
- **Uploaded Documents** - These include any documents that were uploaded into the customer record by the Under user
