How can I view all documents gathered in a customer record?

Discover how to access and view all the documents collected within a customer record.

To view all documents gathered in a customer record, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Customers homepage, then select the customer where you would like to view and/or edit customer information.
  2. In the customer record, ensure that you have selected the Data & Docs tab.
  3. Scroll below the Customer Details panel, then open the Documents panel to view all documents gathered in a customer record.
  4. Click on any of the documents listed to preview the document in the customer record.

Documents gathered in a customer record are sorted into three different categories:

  • Generated Documents - These include the PDF document that was signed and linked to the application's data, along with the eSignature confirmation
  • Supporting Documents - These include any documents that the customer was asked to provide and attached while completing the application
  • Uploaded Documents - These include any documents that were uploaded into the customer record by the Under user
