Discover the process of downloading documents that have been collected in a pre-existing customer record.
To download documents from a customer record, follow these steps:- Go to the Customers homepage, then select the customer where you would like to view and/or edit customer information.
- In the customer record, ensure that you have selected the Data & Docs tab.
- Scroll below the Customer Details panel, then open the Documents panel to view all documents gathered in a customer record.
- Select the document that you would like to download, then click the Download icon.
You also have the ability to download all documents at once in a combined zip file by clicking Download All Documents.
