# How can I print/download the pre-filled PDF that is attached to a customer's application?

## Discover how to easily print or download the pre-filled PDF that comes attached to a customer's application.

To print and/or download the pre-filled PDF that is attached to a customer's application, follow these steps:

1. Go to the **Customers** homepage, then select the customer where you would like to print or download their pre-filled PDF.
2. In the customer record, click the **PDF Authoring **tab at the top of the page.
3. In **PDF Authoring**, click **Print PDF**. This will open your browser's printer settings where you can select your printer to print the PDF or select 'Save as PDF' to download the PDF to your computer.

When printing/downloading the pre-filled PDF, keep in mind that this is a snapshot of the existing customer information gathered from Data & Docs and other values saved in PDF Authoring. This live PDF will not include the customer signature even if the application has been completed and signed.
