How can I ensure that all signers have signed the application if multi-signer is turned on?

Discover the steps to guarantee that every signer has successfully completed the application when the multi-signer feature is enabled.

To ensure that signers have signed the application if multi-signer is turned on, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Customers homepage, then select the customer where you would like to view and/or edit customer information.
  2. In the customer record, ensure that you have selected the Data & Docs tab, then expand the Customer Details to view all customer information.
  3. Go to the Ownership tab of the Customer Details to view all fields associated with ownership.
  4. With Multi-Signer turned on, you are able to see the signed status of each owner to the right side of each owner's panel.

When an application that has Muti-Singer turned on is sent to a customer, the application signer completes the full application, and if there are additional owners listed in the application, they will automatically receive an email to sign where it is requested on the mapped PDF.
