Discover how to modify the status of an application for an existing customer.
To change the status of an existing customer's application, follow these steps:
- Go to the Customers homepage, then select the customer where you would like to view and/or edit customer information.
- In the customer record, ensure that you have selected the Data & Docs tab.
- At the top of the page, click the Status dropdown, then scroll and click the new status to update the customer record's status.
- Once the new status has been selected, click Save.
