How can I change the status of the customer's application?

Discover how to modify the status of an application for an existing customer.

To change the status of an existing customer's application, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Customers homepage, then select the customer where you would like to view and/or edit customer information.
  2. In the customer record, ensure that you have selected the Data & Docs tab.
  3. At the top of the page, click the Status dropdown, then scroll and click the new status to update the customer record's status.
  4. Once the new status has been selected, click Save.
