They can range from basic actions like creating and cloning PDFs to more advanced capabilities like editing a PDF's fields in the PDF mapper or saving pre-filled values on the mapped PDF.

Mapped PDFs

In this section of the PDF Mapping permissions, you are specifically managing actions available in the main Mapped PDFs homepage.

  • View Mapped PDFs: By checking this permission, a user is able to view their own PDFs in the PDF Mapping homepage.

By revoking this permission, a user would not be able to access the PDF Mapping homepage AND would not see the PDF Mapping icon on the left-hand sidebar.

  • Edit Mapped PDFs: By checking this permission, a user is able to open PDFs to the PDF editor in the PDF Mapping homepage.
  • Delete Mapped PDFs: By checking this permission, a user is able to delete PDFs in the PDF Mapping homepage.
  • Create Mapped PDFs: By checking this permission, a user is able to create PDFs in the PDF Mapping homepage.
