PDF Mapping Permissions Overview

Mapped PDFs

In this section of the PDF Mapping permissions, you are specifically managing actions available in the main Mapped PDFs homepage.

View Mapped PDFs: By checking this permission, a user is able to view their own PDFs in the PDF Mapping homepage.

By revoking this permission, a user would not be able to access the PDF Mapping homepage AND would not see the PDF Mapping icon on the left-hand sidebar.

Edit Mapped PDFs: By checking this permission, a user is able to open PDFs to the PDF editor in the PDF Mapping homepage.
Delete Mapped PDFs: By checking this permission, a user is able to delete PDFs in the PDF Mapping homepage.
Create Mapped PDFs: By checking this permission, a user is able to create PDFs in the PDF Mapping homepage.
Clone Mapped PDFs: By checking this permission, a user is able to clone PDFs in the PDF Mapping homepage.
