Discover the process of accessing and modifying customer information by considering the application associated with the customer data.
To view and edit customer information, follow these steps:
- Go to the Customers homepage, then select the customer where you would like to view and/or edit customer information.
- In the customer record, ensure that you have selected the Data & Docs tab, then expand the Customer Details to view all customer information.
- To add/update customer data, click into any of the fields listed and enter information.
- Once you are done making changes to the customer record, click Save Customer.
