How to update user information such as first name, last name, and address.
To update your user information in your Under account, such as your first name, last name, and address, follow these steps:
1. Click on your initials located at the bottom left of the sidebar to access the Settings.
2. In the Profile section, navigate to Agent Details.
3. Here, you can easily edit and update the available fields, including your first name, last name, and complete address.
Once a user account is created, it is important to note that the email address and phone number cannot be modified. This is something to keep in mind when inviting users or registering for an account.
If you do need to change the email address or phone number associated with a user account, the recommended solution is to archive the user and then send them a new invitation to re-join your Under account.
