How do I resend an invite to a user that hasn't completed the sign up process?

Discover how to send a new invitation to a user who hasn't finished their sign-up process yet.

To update an existing user's role in your Under account, follow these steps:

1. Access the Settings by clicking on your initials located at the bottom left of the sidebar.
2. On the Settings homepage, navigate to the Users tab.
3. At the top of the Users tab, filter by Status, then select Invite Sent to only view users that have not yet completed the sign up process.
4. In the list of users, select the user that you would like to update, then click Resend Invite on the right-hand side of the row.
