Discover the step-by-step process of removing an attached a PDF to an application within your Under account.
To remove an attached PDF from an application in your Under account, follow these steps:
- In the Application Editor, click the Attach PDF button at the top left of the page.
- In the Attach PDF page, click the Reset Attached PDF button next to the current PDF that is attached to the application.
- Once the attached PDF is removed, click Save.
By removing the attached PDF from the application, the application will act strictly as a data gathering pre-application and will not include a mapped document or request signature from the customer.
