How do I hide a field?

Learn how to hide a field on the merchant application from the customer.

To hide a field in the application editor, follow these steps:

In the Application Editor, select a field to open the field editor on the right-hand side panel.
On the field editor, click the Values tab.
Toggle the Hidden switch on or off dependent on how you would like to display the field to the customer on the merchant application.

When you toggle Hidden on, the field automatically toggles Required off.

If you want to always have the same value on the merchant application and not allow the customer to change the value, you can add a Default Value, then toggle the Hidden switch on in the field editor.
