How do I filter my users by their account's status?

Discover the steps to effectively filter users in your Under account based on their account status.

To update an existing user's role in your Under account, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Settings by clicking on your initials located at the bottom left of the sidebar.
  2. On the Settings homepage, navigate to the Users tab.
  3. At the top of the Users tab, click Status, then select how you would like to filter your users.

Active: User who has completed sign up process and has an active Under account

Invite Sent: User who was invited to sign up to your Under account, but has not yet completed the sign up process
