Discover the steps to effectively filter users in your Under account based on their account status.
To update an existing user's role in your Under account, follow these steps:
- Access the Settings by clicking on your initials located at the bottom left of the sidebar.
- On the Settings homepage, navigate to the Users tab.
- At the top of the Users tab, click Status, then select how you would like to filter your users.
Active: User who has completed sign up process and has an active Under account
Invite Sent: User who was invited to sign up to your Under account, but has not yet completed the sign up process
