How do I create a new team?

Discover the step-by-step process of creating a team in Under.

Creating a team in Under allows you to efficiently organize customers, applications, and PDFs into customized lists that are tailored to your needs.

To create a new team in your Under account, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Settings by clicking on your initials located at the bottom left of the sidebar.
  2. On the Settings page, navigate to the Teams page.
  3. Click on the Create New Team button near the top right of the page.

After you have at least one team created, a new filter will show in the Customers, Applications, and Mapped PDFs homepages to allow you to filter by items created by the users in the selected team.
