How do I create a customer?

Discover the step-by-step process to quickly create a customer from a specific application.

To create a customer quickly from an application in your Under account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Applications homepage.
  2. Choose the specific application you want to create a customer from.
  3. Locate the Create column in the chosen application and click on the button labeled Create Customer From Application.
  4. Enter basic customer information (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, and DBA Name) to create the customer record, then click Create Customer.
