How do I copy customer information to another application?

Discover the process of transferring customer data from one application to another.

To transfer customer information from one application to another, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Customers homepage, then select the application that you would like to copy/clone.
  2. Click on the Options (3 dots) button at the far right side of the application's row, then click Copy Data.
  3. Click Copy data to new application, then select the application that you would like to transfer your existing customer information.
  4. After selecting the new application, click Copy Data.

Keep in mind that choosing a different application may affect the fields transferring from the original application if the field keys do not match.

Since this creates a duplicate customer record, you can also refer back to the original customer record to gather the existing customer data, documents, and integration results (if applicable).
