Discover the process of transferring customer data from one application to another.
To transfer customer information from one application to another, follow these steps:
- Go to the Customers homepage, then select the application that you would like to copy/clone.
- Click on the Options (3 dots) button at the far right side of the application's row, then click Copy Data.
- Click Copy data to new application, then select the application that you would like to transfer your existing customer information.
- After selecting the new application, click Copy Data.
Keep in mind that choosing a different application may affect the fields transferring from the original application if the field keys do not match.
Since this creates a duplicate customer record, you can also refer back to the original customer record to gather the existing customer data, documents, and integration results (if applicable).
