Learn how to add supporting documents to request from the customer when completing the merchant application.
To add a supporting document to an application, follow these steps:
- Go to the Supporting Documents section in the application editor by scrolling to the second to last section.
- In the Supporting Documents section, click Add Supporting Document.
- Click the new supporting document field to open the field editor on the right-hand side panel.
- Select the supporting document's File Type (Image, PDF, or Any).
- Add a field Key and Label to the supporting document, then click Save.
File Type Options (and their accepted file types):
- Any - .jpg, .png, .pdf, .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx
- PDF - .pdf
- Image - .jpg, .jpeg, .png
