How do I add a supporting document to an application?

Learn how to add supporting documents to request from the customer when completing the merchant application.

To add a supporting document to an application, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Supporting Documents section in the application editor by scrolling to the second to last section.
  2. In the Supporting Documents section, click Add Supporting Document.
  3. Click the new supporting document field to open the field editor on the right-hand side panel.
  4. Select the supporting document's File Type (Image, PDF, or Any).
  5. Add a field Key and Label to the supporting document, then click Save.

File Type Options (and their accepted file types):

  • Any - .jpg, .png, .pdf, .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx
  • PDF - .pdf
  • Image - .jpg, .jpeg, .png
