Discover how to incorporate a redirect into an application, allowing customers to be seamlessly redirected to a different website upon completing their application.
To add a redirect to an application in your Under account, follow these steps:
- In the Application Editor, click the menu button at the top left of the page, then select Redirect.
- In the Redirect page, enter a Redirect URL which will redirect the customer to a specified location upon completing their application.
- Once the URL is entered, click Save.
To remove the redirect URL, go to the Redirect page, then click Reset Redirect under the specified location, then click Save.
A common use case for this feature is adding a redirect to your company’s marketing or contact page when a customer completes a custom lead form.
