Discover how to access and view the PDF file that has been attached to the customer's application.
To view the PDF that I have attached to a customer's application, follow these steps:
- Go to the Customers homepage, then select the customer where you would like to view and/or edit customer information.
- In the customer record, click the PDF Authoring tab at the top of the page.
- In PDF Authoring, the PDF attached to your application will render and be viewable with live customer data.
