How can I view the PDF that I have attached to a customer's application?

Discover how to access and view the PDF file that has been attached to the customer's application.

To view the PDF that I have attached to a customer's application, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Customers homepage, then select the customer where you would like to view and/or edit customer information.
  2. In the customer record, click the PDF Authoring tab at the top of the page.
  3. In PDF Authoring, the PDF attached to your application will render and be viewable with live customer data.
