How can I change the PDF that is attached to a customer's application?

Discover the process of modifying the PDF file attached to a customer's existing application.

To change the PDF that is attached to a customer's application, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Customers homepage, then select the customer where you would like to view and/or edit customer information.
  2. In the customer record, click the PDF Authoring tab at the top of the page.
  3. In PDF Authoring, click the Attached PDF dropdown to the left of the rendered PDF, then select the PDF that you would like to replace the current PDF.

When replacing the current attached PDF, keep in mind that the field connections between an application and a PDF may not transfer exactly right; these field connections are dependent on the field keys determined in a field's settings.
