These permissions define the level of access and control that a user has over the applications homepage and the application editor's features and functionality. They can range from basic actions like viewing and creating applications to more advanced capabilities like sending applications to customers or editing the specific structure of an application.

Applications

In this section of the Application permissions, you are specifically managing actions available in the main applications homepage.

  • View Applications: By checking this permission, a user is able to view their own applications in the applications homepage.

By revoking this permission, a user would not be able to access the applications homepage AND would not see the Applications icon on the left-hand sidebar.

  • Delete Applications: By checking this permission, a user is able to delete applications in the applications homepage.
  • Create Applications: By checking this permission, a user is able to create applications by clicking the Create button at the top right of the page.
  • Clone Applications: By checking this permission, a user is able to clone applications in the applications homepage.
  • Extend Access to Applications: By checking this permission, a user is able to extend other users access to applications in the applications homepage.
  • Copy Application Share URL: By checking this permission, a user is able to copy an application' URL in the applications homepage.
  • Copy Application Embed Script: By checking this permission, a user is able to copy the embed script to an application in the applications homepage.

Editor

In this section of the Application permissions, you are specifically managing actions available in the application editor.

  • Edit Application: By checking this permission, a user is able to open the application editor of an application from the applications homepage.

By revoking this permission, a user would not be able to access the application editor and see the structure of the application.

  • Share Application: By checking this permission, a user is able to click the Share button in the application editor which allows them to copy either the application URL or the embed script to an application.
  • Edit Integrations: By checking this permission, a user is able to view and edit the Integrations tab in the application editor. This would allow them to turn on and off certain integrations based on their status in your account's Integrations homepage.
  • Attach PDF: By checking this permission, a user is able to view and edit the Attach PDF tab in the application editor. This would allow them add, swap, or remove a PDF from the application.
  • Modify Redirect URL: By checking this permission, a user is able to view and edit the Redirect tab in the application editor. This would allow them add, edit, or remove a redirect from the application.
